Sequal is a growing and successful social enterprise company, based in Bournemouth. Our aim is to both provide services of value to third and public sector organisations and to re-invest any profits made as a result of our business activities back into the local community to fund new intitives and charity projects.

As well as providing recruitment services with Sequal Support and Sequal Administration, we also offer specialist training and consultancy, to help social care businesses grow their skills.

With Sequal Foundations, we help people who've been receiving support take confident steps back towards independent employment. And Sequal Child Care enables young parents to afford a little freedom and support.

The management team consists of experienced professionals who have worked within the sector, and for the BCHA group, for a number of years.
