Lucy Culkin is Development & Operations Manager of Sequal Solutions.

As Development Manager of Sequal Solutions, Lucy is responsible for development and operational management of Sequal Childcare, Sequal Foundations, Training and Consultancy Services. She joined BCHA in January 2005.

Lucy is a qualified HR practioner, gaining her chartered membership of CIPD in 2007. She worked for BCHA as a Human Resources Business Partner for three years prior to moving to Sequal.

Before joining BCHA, Lucy undertook various human resources roles for Local Government. When not working, Lucy enjoys the outdoors including running and being active with her family & dog!
