Michelle Finn is Staff Business Manager of Sequal Solutions.

As Staff Business Manager of Sequal Solutions, Michelle is responsible for development and operational management of Sequal Staffing, including Sequal Support Staff and Sequal Childcare Relief Staff.

Michelle has worked in the third sector for over 10 years and is truly passionate about supporting vulnerable people, undertaking roles herself as a Support Worker, Project Leader and Scheme Manager of a wet-house for alcohol dependent people before becoming Staff Business Manager.

Michelle has been shaping Sequal's services since its formation in 2006. When not at work, Michelle enjoys walking and spending time with family and three children.
